CrossBeltSorters use of advanced technology in motion control provides real time networking capabilities. The technology delivers a wealth of feedback options, programming capabilities and standard communication protocol support. The linear motion of each car is guided by urethane coated precision bearings for ultra smooth operation. Rated for hundreds of pounds each, these bearings are maintenance free for the life of the system. All carrier structural components are manufactured from aircraft grade machined aluminum.
